Liz has spent her career helping others build their careers.

Liz began her career at a boutique executive search firm where she focused on placing top strategy consultants in Fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney, Pfizer, Microsoft, Capital One and Walmart. She then moved to recruiting roles at global search firms Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart.

Following that, she moved to in-house recruiting roles at Amazon, Viacom/Paramount and Chewy – advising and coaching internal and external job candidates.

In her private practice as a career coach, Liz has focused on helping professionals in a range of industries re-imagine their careers and find fulfillment in their work and personal lives. 

Her expertise includes: job search strategies, interview preparation and skills, managing career and life transitions, personal branding, and salary negotiation, just to name a few.

Liz’s clients have included  engineers, marketers, copy writers, advertising managers, media planners, social media specialists, graphic designers and  C-suite executives. These professionals have worked in industries including media, entertainment, fintech, e-commerce and consumer products.

Liz works one-on-one with her clients and follows their lead. She is their partner, guide and navigator – listening and learning so that she can help clients move forward toward career fulfillment.

Passions

I enjoy dancing tango and advocating for my 14 year old son with Autism. 

A native New Yorker, Liz has more than 20+ years of experience in career coaching, mentoring, recruiting and professional development.
